friendly welcome good atmosphere diverse breakfast missing toilet paper awful shampoo ac ventilation
The staff offered a friendly welcome and good atmosphere. I received bubbles in the room with new-year. The room was very clean and had no strange odors. the breakfast had diverse options.
Both rooms that I booked ran out of toilet paper. The hair shampoo was awful and made our hair oily so I had to go to Tesco close by. I also noticed that there was little noise from the AC ventilation, even though it was turned off all night.

poor quality breakfast empty syrup bottles
The location was convenient for accessing various parts of the city. It was easy to walk to many attractions.
The breakfast was a real disappointment. It seemed like a free-for-all with limited options and poor quality. I saw syrup bottles nearly empty and low-quality juice. It wasn't worth the money.

lactose-free option clean room big room defective door wrong conditioner missing supplies
The breakfast included lactose-free options, and that was a big plus. The room was clean! and big. The location was relatively close to the center.
The bathroom door did not close well. The gel bottle was full of conditioner. That was strange. The staff did not replenish tea bags and milk sachets every morning.

great proximity friendly staff comfy beds
i loved the proximity to haymarket station. it made getting around super easy (especially with all my luggage!). the staff were really friendly and helpful. the beds were comfy and i slept really well.
The walls felt a little thin. I could hear noises from the hallway sometimes.

Underwhelming Quirks and Overpriced Discomfort
missing closet insufficient toilet paper
The staff was quite nice, I suppose.
The decor was trying too hard with its hipster vibe. It felt more like a cheap imitation than something genuinely cool. The room lacked basic necessities. There was no closet, just some ridiculous hooks, and I barely had enough toilet paper to last me a day.
